Example: Get Into Gear You’re an Engineer…By George, It’s A Gorge

George is leading a party of intrepid travellers and they are stranded at the Carnarvon Gorge in Queensland. They have come prepared and now need to ensure that they cross the gorge before night fall. George has all the equipment but must decide on the safest, most effective techniques to cross the gorge. Will it be by using flight, through building a bridge, or perhaps ropes will work? The solution will be found through experimenting with engineering and by using a lot of creativity!
